Sr Exec - Payroll & Compliance

Manage end-to-end payroll processing for operations staff, including attendance, shifts, overtime, incentives and deductions. Ensure timely and accurate salary processing while maintaining payroll records and employee databases. Handle statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Labour Laws and applicable Shops & Establishments regulations.
