What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and deliver full-stack applications from concept to production.
- Build scalable backend services using Java, Python, or similar modern technologies.
- Develop responsive and high-performing front-end applications using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Design and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs with a focus on performance, scalability, and backward compatibility.
- Optimize application performance through effective caching, database tuning, and system design.
- Deploy and manage cloud-native applications on Azure or GCP environments.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and contribute to DevOps best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Leverage AI tools and frameworks to accelerate development and enhance product capabilities.
- Contribute to architecture discussions, code reviews, technical documentation, and mentoring of fellow engineers.
Required QualificationsCore Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Java and Python development.
- Solid understanding of SQL fundamentals, including query optimization, indexing, schema design, and data modeling.
- Experience building and deploying full-stack applications in a professional product development environment.
- Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, preferably React.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and/or GraphQL development.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Familiarity with Docker containers and container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and software delivery automation.
- Understanding of distributed systems, scalability, performance optimization, and resilient architecture patterns.
AI Skills (Mandatory)
- Hands-on experience using AI-powered development tools in day-to-day engineering work.
- Experience with Claude Code, including Skills, Agents, Hooks, MCP, and Context Engineering.
- Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and knowledge retrieval concepts.
- Experience working with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Google GenAI tools, or similar platforms.
- Exposure to agentic AI systems, multi-agent workflows, tool orchestration, memory management, and agent collaboration patterns.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, context management, and AI-assisted application development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Kafka or other messaging/event-streaming platforms.
- Exposure to NoSQL databases alongside relational database systems.
- Understanding of security best practices, authentication protocols, secure coding, and threat modeling.
- Experience working in multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments.
- Familiarity with micro-frontend or Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) architectures.
- Previous mentoring, technical leadership, or team guidance experience.
