We are looking for a Data Analyst, that will work from analytics-ready datasets produced by the Data Engineering team and is accountable for the accuracy, clarity, and usability of the insight layer: reports, dashboards, and analyses that business owners act on. As Data Domain Owner, this role prioritizes its own domain's analytics backlog and represents the domain directly to the Head of Data & Analytics — there is no intermediate lead layer in between. This role does not set enterprise data strategy or governance standards (owned by the Head of Data & Analytics) and does not build or operate data pipelines (owned by Data Engineering) — its accountability is insight quality, prioritization, and adoption within its owned domain.
- Analytics and Reporting: Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, recurring reports, and ad hoc analyses to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable business insights.
- Domain Ownership and Prioritization: Own the analytics agenda for the assigned business domain, prioritizing requests and aligning deliverables with business objectives and enterprise priorities.
- Business Partnership and Insights: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, identify trends and opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Data Quality and Collaboration: Work with Data Engineering and MDM to address data quality issues, define data requirements, and validate datasets against business rules.
- Self-Service and Delivery Excellence: Promote self-service analytics, maintain consistent metric definitions and documentation, and ensure reporting quality and compliance with established standards.
- Willingness to report 100% onsite in Banawe, Quezon City.
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
