**Senior Software Engineer – Experimentation \& Conversion Optimization (Remote)**
**Role:**
Build systems that track user behavior and run large\-scale A/B / multivariate experiments to improve landing page conversion for high\-volume traffic.
Responsibilities **Implement event tracking and behavioral analytics (clicks, scroll, session replay)**
* Build and maintain experimentation pipelines (A/B tests, variant routing) * Integrate tools like PostHog or GrowthBook * Create dashboards and data pipelines for experiment results * Work with marketing teams to deploy landing page variants quickly
**Required Skills:**
* Strong JavaScript / TypeScript and modern web frameworks * Experience with analytics instrumentation and event tracking * Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation frameworks * SQL \+ basic data analysis * Familiarity with frontend performance and web experimentation
Pay: $100,000\.00 \- $150,000\.00 per year
