Enrison Holdings Inc. is currently looking for a Building Engineer*, for Mabuhay Tower, IT Park, Lahug*
- Monitor the operation & maintenance of all major mechanical/electrical equipment including its accessories and support machinery; monitoring includes checking all mechanical/electrical maintenance activities, review maintenance reports and checklist, and a thorough inspections of all mechanical/electrical equipment in a regular basis
- Evaluate equipment breakdown and conduct basis mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.
- Monitor Servicing Bond of all mechanical/electrical maintenance service contractors; this includes a regular/ periodic inspection on the quality and timeless of service rendered, review and evaluation of all mechanical service reports, evaluation of contractors and supplier proposal
- Supervises and monitors the performance of service contractors.
- Schedules, implements and oversees preventive maintenance programs.
- Monitor inventory of materials for repair and maintenance of facility and equipment.
- Assists the MANAGER in ENERCON planning and implementation.
- Monitors and reviews all utility readings of maintenance, provide technical analysis for water and electrical discrepancies and drastic fluctuations.
- Proposes electricity and water savings initiatives.
- Prepares technical/incident report and recommendations.
- Collates daily accomplishment report of technicians.
- Handles technical inquires and requests of tenants.
- Maintains equipment records/history.
- Assist the MANAGER in his regular building inspection of the following: Fire safety, Housekeeping, and Equipment Maintenance.
- Acts as safety officer who will ensure the strict implementation of safety policies and procedures.
- Assist in OPEX report preparation by providing necessary data, records and technical information of all equipment in the building.
- Conduct monitoring of building power factor ensuring that does not go below 90%.
- Update equipment record files.
