As a **Lean Business/Process Analyst**, you will analyze data, uncover opportunities, and help optimize processes across the Distribution Centre. You’ll collaborate with cross\-functional teams to deliver continuous improvement initiatives and create smarter, more efficient ways of working.
This is an on\-site role at our Brampton distribution center.

**What you’ll do:**
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and model business processes * Utilize Lean Six Sigma principles such as FMEA, process mapping, value stream mapping to find optimization opportunities in existing business processes * Gather project requirements by working with other members of the Lean team and other stakeholders. * Perform detailed root cause and data analysis on performance metrics across services * Identify areas of possible system improvement to enhance overall business performance, accounting for budgetary concerns and business goals * Support implementation of business solutions and carryout necessary practices and processes * Oversee the effectiveness of enterprise business processes and performance enterprise systems * Govern existing business tools, reports, and applications
**What we are looking for:**
* Bachelor’s degree or higher university degree level * Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certification or equivalent would be considered an asset * Detail oriented with the ability to think critically and deliver results in a fast\-paced, changing environment. * 2 years of process improvement experience in a professional services organization. * Knowledge in Agile project management – familiar with Jira and Confluence * Strong written and verbal communication * Experience with change management and process adoption

**Annualized Compensation Range**
$58,824\.00 \- $61,920\.00 Starting pay offered will consider skills and experience. Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
