Project & Contract Executive (Quantity Surveyor)

We are a road & drainage contractor involved in construction projects, machinery rental and self-loader transportation.
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Project & Contract Executive to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for all QS-related matters
- Quantity take-off, costing, prepare project budget, final account
- Prepare tenders, quotations, VO, and progress claims
- Material sourcing, ordering and coordination
- Negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers, contractors and subcontractors
- Handle machinery rental and self-loader transportation enquiries
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers and site team
- Perform other duties when require
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction or related field preferred
- Relevant experience is an advantage
- Able to use Microsoft Excel and Word
- Responsible, organised and willing to learn
- Good follow-up and able to complete assigned tasks
- Positive attitude and willing to work as part of a team
- Able to work independently and follow through on tasks
Salary
RM2,500 – RM3,500 depending on experience and capability.
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
