- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees.
- Facilitate smooth employee onboarding experience, including workspace readiness, introductions, and office orientation.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, team celebrations, wellness activities, and culture-building programs.
- Coordinate employee communication and ensure awareness of company announcements and initiatives.
- Build strong employee connect and proactively gather employee feedback and concerns.
- Support employee retention efforts through regular interactions and pulse checks.

- Organize town halls, leadership visits, employee meetings, and office events.

- Coordinate office administration activities related to seating, access cards, office supplies, and employee facilities.
- Manage vendor coordination for employee-related activities and local office requirements.
- Support employee rewards, recognition, and milestone celebrations.
- Maintain employee directories, organizational charts, and site-level HR trackers.
- Support internal audits, client visits, and office readiness activities.
