AI/ML Master Trainer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic AI/ML Master Trainer to deliver engaging, practical, and industry-relevant training in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and related technologies to college students and young professionals.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience in training, teaching, or facilitating learning programs. The role involves conducting classroom and virtual sessions, developing training content, mentoring learners, and tracking training outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training Delivery

• Conduct interactive and practical training sessions on AI, ML, and related technologies.
• Deliver training through classroom sessions, workshops, and virtual platforms.
• Adapt teaching methods to suit different learner groups and skill levels.
• Explain complex technical concepts using simple examples and hands-on activities.

2. Training Content Development

• Develop and update training modules, presentations, session plans, and learning resources.
• Incorporate real-world case studies, practical exercises, and industry trends into training sessions.
• Design structured learning experiences that balance theoretical knowledge with practical application.

3. Learner Engagement and Mentoring

• Encourage active participation through discussions, demonstrations, and project-based learning.
• Address learner queries and provide guidance on practical assignments and projects.
• Collect learner feedback and continuously improve training delivery.

4. Reporting and Assessment

• Maintain records of training sessions, attendance, assessments, and learner progress.
• Prepare periodic training reports and share updates with internal teams and institutional partners.
• Identify learning gaps and recommend improvements to enhance training effectiveness.

5. Coordination and Collaboration

• Coordinate with program teams, colleges, academic partners, and other stakeholders to ensure effective training delivery.
• Support outreach and awareness activities to increase participation in AI/ML training programs.
• Collaborate with curriculum and technical teams to keep training content relevant and up to date.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in teaching, training, or facilitation, preferably in AI, ML, or technology-related domains.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their practical applications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Experience in preparing training content, session plans, and learning materials.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners with varying levels of knowledge.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital learning tools.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Willingness to conduct training sessions and workshops as required by the program.
