Bhavya Web Technologies is a growing web solutions agency (current team size: 6) delivering modern digital products. We are looking for an analytical, detail-driven fresher with formal QA testing training to join our engineering team in a hybrid capacity.
ROLE SUMMARY
Your primary focus will be quality assurance—conducting manual testing across diverse websites and web applications to ensure seamless functionality, performance, and UI consistency. Additionally, during non-peak testing cycles, you will actively contribute to web development tasks across WordPress, PHP, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React / Next.js).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Quality Assurance & Testing:
- Perform functional, usability, UI/UX, regression, and cross-browser testing on websites and web applications.
- Identify, document, report, and track application bugs with clear reproduction steps.
- Collaborate with developers to verify fixes and ensure quality standards before client deployment.
- Create simple test cases and testing checklists for ongoing and new projects.
Web Development & Technical Support:
- Assist in developing and maintaining websites using WordPress and PHP.
- Support front-end implementation and minor feature updates using React / Next.js.
- Implement layout fixes, content updates, and routine site enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, with a completed formal certification/course in Software Testing / QA.
- Testing Knowledge: Solid understanding of manual testing concepts, SDLC, STLC, test case design, and bug tracking workflows.
- Technical Skills: Basic programming and practical exposure to:
- - HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- - PHP & WordPress (theme customizations, plugins, core basics)
- - React.js / Next.js (foundational knowledge or project-level experience)
- Problem-Solving: Sharp eye for detail, strong analytical thinking, and eagerness to learn full-stack workflows.
- Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills to document issues and collaborate effectively.
Training & Engagement Terms:
- Initial Training: 1-month intensive, project-based onboarding period (unpaid).
- Full-Time Conversion: Upon successful evaluation at the end of the 1-month training period, candidates will be onboarded as permanent employees at ₹10,000 / month.
- Commitment: A minimum 1-year service commitment is required upon confirmation of employment.
