Assistant Manager – Business Development – Bengaluru **Experience:**Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Aluminium Window, Fenestration, Façade Systems, or related building materials industry. Experience in specification sales, architect engagement, façade consulting, and project\-based business development is preferred. The role involves driving specification\-led growth, engaging with architects, façade consultants \& PMC teams, positioning IWIN\-S, IWIN\-E \& façade systems, influencing projects at design stage, ensuring inclusion in tender documents, and supporting project pipeline creation across India.
**Skills Required:** Strong technical knowledge of aluminium window \& façade systems, specification selling, relationship management, presentation \& communication skills, market development, and project coordination abilities.
**Qualification:** Bachelor’s Degree / BE Civil / Architecture / Mechanical / MBA preferred.
**Location:** Bengaluru (Pan\-India Influence Role)
**Travel Requirement:** Frequent travel required across Bengaluru \& Pan\-India project locations.
