Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled ERP Developer to develop, customize, implement, and maintain ERP solutions for the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. The candidate will work on ERP systems, particularly ERP Next, Frappe Framework, to streamline the modules like HR, Recruitment, Project management, Accounts , Employee time management , Asset management, resource allocation, and other business processes relevant to BIM and design studios.
The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, experience with ERP customization, and an understanding of AEC project workflows.
Roles & Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain Frappe modules based on organizational requirements.

Customize Doctypes, forms, workflows, reports, dashboards, and print formats.

Develop server scripts, client scripts, custom applications, and integrations using the ERP Next/Frappe framework.

Automate business processes related to HR, Recruitment, Attendance, leave management, payroll, and employee onboarding.

Implement project management workflows, including project allocation, task tracking, timesheets, resource utilization, and project reporting.

Develop features to support BIM and AEC project operations, including project codes, team allocation, project milestones, and project performance tracking.

Integrate ERP Next with external applications, APIs and business tools as required.

Develop custom reports and dashboards to support management decision-making.

Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize system performance, and maintain data integrity and security.

Coordinate with HR, Finance, Project Management, BIM teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective ERP solutions.

Maintain technical documentation, conduct testing, and support ERP upgrades and deployments.

Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through ERP automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in ERP development, customization, or implementation.

Hands-on experience with ERP Next and the Frappe Framework.

Strong knowledge of Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL/MariaDB.

Experience with Doctypes, client scripts, server scripts, workflows, custom reports, and print formats.

Understanding of REST APIs and third-party system integrations.

Familiarity with Git, debugging, testing, and deployment practices.

Knowledge of database management, role-based permissions, and ERP security.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with AEC companies, BIM consultancies, architecture firms, engineering consultancies, or construction organizations.
- Understanding of BIM project workflows, Revit-based project delivery, project codes, and resource allocation.
- Experience implementing HR, Recruitment, attendance, timesheet, and project management processes in ERP Next.
- Knowledge of ERP implementation, data migration, and process automation.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or other business application integrations.
