Job Summary
The Territory Manager is responsible for promoting the company's pharmaceutical and medical products to healthcare professionals within an assigned territory. The position focuses on building good relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare accounts while achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.
- Promote and explain the company's products and their proper use.
- Build and maintain good professional relationships with customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and territory objectives.
- Identify new customers and business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and market developments.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities and customer visits.
- Participate in company meetings, product training, and promotional activities.
- Ensure that all product information and promotional activities follow company policies and applicable regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Preferably with experience in sales.
- Fresh graduates with good communication and interpersonal skills may also be considered.
- Good communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Results-oriented and willing to work in the field.
- Willing to travel within the assigned territory.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
