Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Biostatistics Analyst to support clinical research, scientific studies, and data-driven decision-making. The successful candidate will analyze health and life sciences data, prepare statistical reports, and work closely with research and clinical teams to deliver accurate and meaningful results.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze clinical, biological, and research data using appropriate statistical methods.
- Prepare datasets, statistical summaries, tables, and reports for research projects.
- Support study design, data interpretation, and statistical analysis plans.
- Identify trends, inconsistencies, and data-quality issues and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with researchers, clinical teams, and data specialists on study requirements.
- Maintain clear documentation of analytical methods, results, and findings.
- Present statistical findings in a clear and practical manner to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Mathematics, Epidemiology, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in biostatistics, statistical analysis, clinical research, or a related area preferred.
- Experience with statistical software such as SAS, R, Python, or SPSS.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and data analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with complex datasets.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience working with healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research data is an asset.
Pay: $72,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
