**Job Description:**
We are seeking a Data Scientist who can analyze complex datasets, build predictive models, and generate insights that drive business decisions.
**Responsibilities:**
* Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns * Build and validate statistical and machine learning models * Communicate insights to stakeholders using data visualization * Work with engineering teams to deploy models * Experiment with A/B testing and model improvements
**Requirements:**
* Strong background in **statistics, probability, and machine learning** * Proficiency in **Python / R** and data analysis libraries * Experience with **SQL** and data visualization tools * Ability to explain complex results to non\-technical audiences
**Nice to Have:**
* Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) * Domain expertise (finance, healthcare, e\-commerce, etc.)
