We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a large-scale banking transformation initiative.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable managing complex projects, driving senior banking stakeholders, and working in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment
Key Responsibilities 💻

Lead and drive strategic banking transformation initiatives

Manage complex projects involving senior banking stakeholders and executive-level decision-makers

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

Work closely with Business Analysts and technical teams to align business and delivery objectives

Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations

Support initiatives related to T+1 settlement implementation and related business processes

Ensure project delivery aligns with the European regulatory environment and industry standards

Facilitate communication between business, technology, and executive stakeholders
What will you need 💪

Proven experience as a Project Manager in complex enterprise environments

Previous experience in Big4 consulting or a similar consulting background is a strong advantage

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior banking executives

Good understanding of Business Analysis principles and methodologies

Knowledge of T+1 settlement processes within capital markets or banking

Familiarity with the European financial regulatory landscape

Excellent project planning, coordination, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, delivery-focused mindset
