We are a growing software company building enterprise products including EDRMS, Service Desk & Ticketing, and ION DMS (Automotive Dealer Management System). We are looking for a self-driven QA engineer who takes ownership of quality, understands the systems they test, and uses AI tools to test smarter and faster.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web and API applications.
Use AI tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT/Claude, AI-based test generation) to speed up test creation, maintenance, and defect analysis.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Create clear test plans, test strategies, and detailed bug reports.
Stay informed about system architecture and upgrades, and plan test coverage proactively.
Conduct security testing (OWASP Top 10, vulnerability scanning, access control, input validation) and report risks early.
Run basic performance and load tests to identify bottlenecks.
Analyse logs to find root causes and support developers in fixing issues.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Log and track defects in JIRA/Azure DevOps and collaborate closely with developers.
Required Skills
3-6 years of experience in automation testing, with strong manual testing fundamentals.
Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
Programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
API automation (Rest Assured, Postman/Newman, or Playwright API testing) and SQL for database validation.
Working knowledge of CI/CD tools (GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions) and Git.
Practical experience using AI tools in QA.
Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
Good to Have
Performance and security testing tools (JMeter/k6, OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite).
Docker basics and exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Experience testing AI/LLM-based features.
