The Salesforce Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet the business requirements of our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce products, a strong technical background, and the ability to lead projects and guide development teams.
Responsibilities:
- Design and architect Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Develop detailed technical designs, including data models, integration, and security.
- Lead the implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality of the delivered solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect) preferred.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Platform.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce DX.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Skills:
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of data modelling and database design.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.
- Experience with other CRM platforms is a plus.
