The Senior Business Analyst – BI Rationalization and SE Intel Migration will provide hands on business side support to assess the broader CXCT BI landscape, prepare evidence-based rationalization decisions, and progress a prioritized subset of strategic BI assets toward SE Intel implementation, adoption and legacy retirement.
The role sits between business stakeholders, BIDS Business Partners, data owners, local data offices and technical delivery teams. It is responsible for portfolio discovery, business analysis, readiness assessment, requirements, decision support, UAT and implementation orchestration. OneData, SE Intel streams and other IT teams retain ownership of architecture and engineering. The role will suit a senior individual contributor who is able to independently lead the assigned workstreams.
Experience and qualifications:
- Typically 8+ years of relevant experience across senior business analysis, enterprise BI, analytics product delivery, portfolio transformation or implementation consulting.
- Demonstrated experience in BI portfolio discovery, rationalization, migration planning, product lifecycle management or dashboard decommissioning.
- Strong requirements-engineering experience covering personas, processes, KPIs, business and data-quality rules, user stories, acceptance criteria and traceability.
- Proven UAT leadership and experience coordinating releases, adoption and business sign-off.
- Good understanding of enterprise BI architecture and delivery dependencies, including data sources, RDOs or governed data products, semantic layers, referentials, security, data quality and dashboard platforms.
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI or enterprise analytics platforms; SQL or hands-on data-profiling capability is
preferred.
- Experience coordinating global, regional, business-unit and local stakeholders across business, data, governance and technology teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, information systems, data, analytics or a related field; relevant postgraduate or professional qualifications are advantageous.
