What awaits you/ Job Profile
- Timely support internal & external customers escalations on multiple platforms
- Troubleshoot the various problems that arise in implementation of DevOps tools across the project/ module
- Perform root cause analysis of major incidents/ critical issues which may hamper project timeliness, quality or cost
- Develop alternate plans/ solutions to be implemented as per root cause analysis of critical problems
- Follow escalation matrix/ process as soon as a resolution gets complicated or isn’t resolved
- Provide knowledge transfer, sharing best practices with the team and motivate

Lead and manage the DevOps team to ensure efficient and seamless operations.

Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments.

Work closely with development teams to identify and implement automation opportunities.

Manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools.

Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and participate in on-call rotations.

Continuously improve scalability and performance of our systems.

Ensure system security using best-in-class cloud security solutions.

Document technical procedures for the team and broader organization.

Stay current with industry trends and source new ways for our business to improve using DevOps practices.
Must have technical skill
- Extensive Experience with Terraform or Cloud Formation.
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices, including IAM, encryption, and network security configurations
- Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS Code Pipeline for implementing CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with monitoring solutions like AWS CloudWatch, SNS or the ELK stack
- Proven work experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Ansible or similar tools.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python and Bash.
- Experience with network infrastructure, database, and application services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex systems.
- Experience with TLM Activities.
Good to have technical skills
- Strong understanding of ETL Concepts, design patterns, industry best practices.
- AWS Certification.
