Role
The In-Store Operations Specialist at BOGGI Milano builds strong relationships with clients and works closely with the store team to contribute to the achievement of commercial objectives.
Responsibilities

Accurately manage cash register, administrative and back-office operations within the store (cash transactions, invoicing, payments, Tax Free), in compliance with company procedures;

Manage all activities related to omnichannel sales (Click&Collect, Seek&Send) in compliance with established deadlines and guidelines;

Provide customer service support when required;

Work in synergy with colleagues, supporting them in the sales process and contributing to a climate of mutual trust;

Maintain a positive, balanced and constructive approach, even in high-pressure situations, demonstrating consistency and a strong work ethic with a continuous improvement mindset;

Facilitate customer interaction with Sales Advisors in order to ensure an excellent customer experience;

Manage time and daily priorities effectively.
Who you are
-
You have at least one year of experience in retail back-office/operations, preferably within the premium fashion sector;

You have strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with good proficiency in using IT and management systems;

You have a good command of English; additional languages will be considered a plus.
