Hard Skills / Must Have:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong hands-on expertise in Java and Spring Boot
- Practical knowledge of AI tools for software development
- Ability to use AI tools for tasks beyond the primary technology stack
- Adaptability to different technologies and technical requirements
Hard Skills / Nice to Have (Optional):
- Python scripting
- Next.js
- AWS Glue Jobs
- Generative AI and prompt engineering
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
- Design scalable and reliable software solutions
- Collaborate with distributed teams throughout the software development lifecycle
- Use AI tools to accelerate delivery and solve technical challenges
Technology Stack: Java, Spring Boot, AI tools, Generative AI and prompt engineering
Interview stages:
- English check (15 minutes)
- internal technical interview (1-1,5 hour)
- client interview (1 hour)
- client interview – cultural fit (45 minutes)
Additional notes:
The candidate must be employed in company at 0.125 FTE under UoP (employment contract) and additionally under a service contract (B2B or mandate contract). Payment terms — up to 60 days. Work will be performed using client-provided equipment.
