We are seeking a Bilingual Legal Assistant with prior legal experience to support our legal team during a part-time trial period, with the intent to transition into a full-time role. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and confident, communicating with clients in both written and verbal formats.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with leads via phone
- Conduct client intake calls and accurately complete intake forms
- Prepare and complete legal documents using firm-approved templates
- Communicate professionally with clients in both languages
- Assist attorneys with administrative and case-related tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

Employment Structure
