Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze system specifications.
- Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans.
- Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.
- Report bugs and errors to development teams.
- Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Key Requirements:
- Good understanding on salesforce platform (Sales & Service Clouds)
- Understanding on Salesforce objects
- Backend knowledge on salesforce object manager, metadata, dev console
- Salesforce database SOQL knowledge
- API testing (Postman or Workbench)
- Basic understanding on Salesforce workflows, Flows & Process builders
- Time based flows and SF Automation Processes
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field.
- Proven work experience in software quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
- Solid experience with Salesforce QA or relevant technologies.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors effectively.
- Excellent communication skills.
