What You’ll Work On:

Design and scale Kubernetes- and Terraform-based infrastructure across customer environments.

Define standards for networking, security, CI/CD, and multi-region deployments.

Build and maintain metrics, logging, tracing, dashboards, and SLOs.

Diagnose and improve performance across distributed systems and AI workloads.

Support high-performance inference, data pipelines, and large-scale backend services.

Ensure systems scale reliably under fast-growing and unpredictable workloads.

Partner with technical leaders on architecture and mentor engineers.
You Might Be a Great Fit If You…

Compensation
We pay competitively for every role and back that with meaningful equity, because we want the people building Brain Co. to genuinely share in what we build together. Beyond salary and equity, we invest in country-specific benefits because we want our team to feel taken care of, not only compensated. The annual base salary range for this role is $180,000 - $325,000. We publish this range for every role, as a matter of policy regardless of whether local law requires it. Actual pay will depend on skills, scope, and experience.
