Job Description
- Ideate, plan, project manage and execute advertising, marketing, promotion, digital and social media strategies for clients
- Client servicing, developing and identifying new businesses
- Ensure that key account campaigns are properly planned and executed to deliver against campaign objectives
- Propose and pitch concepts and creative ideas to clients
- Assisting with account growth and new business opportunities
- Support in all aspects of projects and proposals, from ideation, problem solving, estimating costs, managing budgets and writing reports
- Measure and report performance of campaigns against objectives
- Be the primary liaison for client accounts and keep both client and internal management updated on campaign progress
- Ensuring smooth workflow between internal teams working on deliverables
- Proofreading and quality control of outgoing materials
Job Requirements
- Candidate should possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Marketing or a related field
- 4 - 7 years experience in Key Account / Client Servicing or a similar position
- 2 - 3 years experience in Digital Marketing is an added advantage
- Experienced in campaign ideation, project management and problem solving
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English is a MUST
- Mandarin/Cantonese is a MUST to effectively communicate with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking clients.
- Understanding and experience with PPC, web analytics, social media and web development
- Flexible and willing to continuously learn by experience and advice
