- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for upselling and territory management.
Skills
- Strong understanding of sales principles including direct sales, inside sales, and territory sales strategies is preferred, but comprehensive on the job training will be provided
- Familiarity with CRM software for effective account management.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Ability to conduct product demos that effectively highlight features and benefits.
- Analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs.
- Ability to work independently and alongside a team of people.
