**Position:** Social Media Manager(SMM) Intern
**Location:** Pune (Work from Office)
**Duration:** 6 Months (Full Time)
**Stipend:** ₹6,000 – ₹10,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist in managing social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital channels. * Create, plan, and manage monthly social media content calendars. * Develop content ideas for posts, reels, stories, and other social media formats. * **Schedule and publish engaging social media content as per the content calendar.** * Monitor social media insights, engagement metrics, and campaign performance using analytics tools. * Coordinate with graphic designers and content teams for creative development. * Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with the latest social media trends.
**Requirements:**
* Pursuing or recently completed a course or degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field. * **Must have knowledge of creating and managing social media content calendars.** * Understanding of hashtags, audience engagement, social media algorithms, and content strategies. * Good communication, creative thinking, and analytical skills. * Eagerness to learn and build a career in social media marketing. * **Laptop is mandatory for this role.**
