Job Description
We are looking for a Social Media Manager & Meta Ads Specialist to manage our social media presence and execute performance-driven advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company/client social media accounts.
- Plan and create engaging social media content and posting schedules.
- Manage Facebook and Instagram pages and improve audience engagement.
- Set up, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns.
- Conduct basic audience research and campaign targeting.
- Monitor ad performance, reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Prepare regular social media and advertising performance reports.
- Coordinate with the creative/content team for ad creatives and campaign requirements.
- Test different audiences, creatives, ad formats, and campaign approaches.
- Stay updated with social media trends and Meta advertising features.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Good understanding of Facebook and Instagram marketing.
- Basic knowledge of campaign optimization, targeting, and performance metrics.
- Good communication and content-planning skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign results and prepare reports.
- Experience handling business/client social media accounts is preferred.
