**The role**
Accountable for the successful end to end delivery of complex digital and cloud projects within a professional services environment.
Lead cross functional professional services delivery teams, to deliver complex digital initiatives including cloud, infrastructure modernisation, migration and transformation programs.
Operate as a senior delivery leader, trusted by executive and customer stakeholders to ensure programs and projects are delivered in time and on budget.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
* Lead end\-to\-end professional services engagements, leveraging your expertise across som of the following areas; Cloud, Data \& AI, Business Applications, and Digital Transformation. * These projects can range from 1\-2mth engagements through to complex, multi stream and phased roadmap of initiatives. * Own accountability for delivery outcomes across assigned digital projects, ensuring contractual, commercial, and customer objectives are met. * Take full ownership of project financial performance, including budget baselining, forecasting, earned value tracking, and margin protection. * Manage senior client stakeholders with confidence, setting expectations clearly and communicating impacts, trade\-offs and decisions transparently.
**What We’re Looking For**
* Minimum ten years' experience in Project Management, with around five years' operating at a senior level. * Experience delivering digital or cloud projects within a Professional Services, IT consulting, or outsourced delivery environment. * Experience operating within fast paced, high concurrent project volume environments within billable, margin driven delivery models. * Confident, credible leader with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and executives. * Highly proactive, outcomes driven and comfortable making decisions in complex environments.
