**Community Impact Mini Film Project** **Duration:** End of July 2026 to December 2026

**Purpose of the Role**

The Volunteer Project Manager will lead and coordinate the delivery of Bridge the Gap's Community Impact Mini Film Project from planning through to its premiere at the Digi World Celebration Event in December 2026\.

Working alongside the CEO and project team, you will ensure the project remains organised, on schedule and successfully delivered while bringing together volunteers, partners and creative contributors to tell the story of Bridge the Gap's impact.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and manage the overall project plan and timeline. * Coordinate the project from planning through to the final film premiere. * Schedule and organise interviews with residents, volunteers, partners and stakeholders. * Coordinate photographers, videographers, editors and creative volunteers. * Liaise with the Marketing and Social Media teams to ensure content aligns with the wider campaign. * Coordinate filming locations, schedules and logistics. * Ensure consent forms and permissions are obtained and securely managed. * Organise archive photographs, videos and supporting media. * Oversee the collection of community stories and project assets. * Coordinate the editing process and gather feedback from key stakeholders. * Monitor project progress, risks and deadlines, taking action where required. * Organise regular project meetings and provide progress updates to the CEO. * Support planning for the film premiere at the Digi World Celebration Event, ensuring the film is ready for showcasing. * Coordinate any final preparations required for the launch, including presentation, equipment, timings and supporting materials. * Produce a final project review, capturing lessons learned and recommendations for future projects.

**Skills and Experience**

* Excellent organisation and coordination skills. * Strong communication and relationship building. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. * Proactive, reliable and solutions focused. * An interest in community projects, storytelling or project management.

**No previous filmmaking experience is required.** The role focuses on coordinating the project and supporting the creative team to successfully deliver the final film.
