About the Role:
Bright Horizon Care LLC is looking for a driven and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our growing team in Huntington Beach, CA. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction planning through final closeout
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and engineers to maintain project momentum
- Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings to monitor quality and safety compliance
- Review and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and project teams
- Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues proactively to avoid delays
Requirements:
- 3–7 years of experience in construction project management
- Proven track record managing commercial, residential, or healthcare construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations
- Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Buildertrend, or MS Project
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
- PMP or CCM certification is a plus
