**Responsibilities:** * Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre\-construction planning through final closeout * Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on\-time, on\-budget delivery * Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and engineers to maintain project momentum * Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings to monitor quality and safety compliance * Review and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and project teams * Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues proactively to avoid delays
**Requirements:** * 3–7 years of experience in construction project management * Proven track record managing commercial, residential, or healthcare construction projects * Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations * Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Buildertrend, or MS Project * Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills * Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts * Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred * PMP or CCM certification is a plus
