Job Summary
We are looking for a technically skilled and experienced CNC Application Engineer to provide CNC programming, application support, and machining solutions.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CNC machines, including VMC, CNC Turning, and Multi-Axis Turn-Mill machines, along with strong knowledge of CAM software such as Siemens NX and ESPRIT.
The candidate will be responsible for CNC programming, machine prove-outs, process optimization, customer demonstrations, and technical support to improve machining productivity and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs for VMC, CNC Turning, and Multi-Axis Turn-Mill machines.
- Prepare and optimize CNC programs using CAM software such as Siemens NX and ESPRIT.
- Conduct machine trials, job prove-outs, and cutting demonstrations.
- Provide application support and technical guidance to customers.
- Troubleshoot CNC programming, machining, and operational issues.
- Conduct customer training and demonstrate machine applications.
- Recommend suitable cutting tools, fixtures, and machining strategies.
- Optimize machining processes to improve productivity and reduce cycle time.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support whenever required.
- Coordinate with customers to understand machining requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- 2–3 years of experience in CNC programming and application engineering.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes.
- Hands-on experience with VMC, CNC Turning, and Multi-Axis Turn-Mill machines.
- Working knowledge of CAM software such as Siemens NX and ESPRIT.
- Knowledge of cutting tools, tooling selection, and fixtures.
- Understanding of machining parameters and cycle-time optimization.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits, machine trials, and technical support.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
