About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Trainee to support our TA team in end-to-end recruitment activities. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn hiring processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview status and feedback
- Support employer branding initiatives and job postings
- Assist in onboarding documentation and joining formalities
- Provide general HR and recruitment support as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen and shortlist candidate profiles based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up on interview feedback and maintain hiring trackers.
- Manage offer rollout, negotiation, and candidate engagement.
- Ensure timely documentation and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Maintain recruitment MIS reports and hiring metrics.
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
