We're looking for a curious, analytical, and forward\-thinking **Business Intelligence \& AI Analyst** to help us transform data into meaningful insights, drive smarter decision\-making, and explore innovative ways to use AI and automation across our organization.
**What You'll Do**
As our Business Intelligence \& AI Analyst, you'll help shape how data and technology support strategic decision\-making across the organization. In this role you will:
* Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, executive scorecards, KPI reports, and performance metrics that help leaders make informed decisions. * Partner with teams across the organization to understand business needs and turn data into actionable insights. * Collect, integrate, validate, and analyze data from multiple systems and sources. * Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance improvement areas, and provide recommendations that drive results. * Translate complex information into compelling stories and visualizations that make data easy to understand. * Lead business intelligence and analytics projects from concept through implementation. * Explore opportunities to automate processes using tools such as Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, and other AI\-enabled solutions. * Support the responsible adoption of AI technologies, workflows, and agents across the organization. * Monitor and improve data quality, consistency, and governance practices. * Provide training and support to help teams get the most value from reporting and BI tools. * Stay ahead of industry trends and bring new ideas that help us continuously improve. **You Might Be a Great Fit If You...**

* Diploma or degree in Business, Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. * 3\+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, or a similar role. * Strong experience with Power BI, advanced Excel, SQL, and data visualization/reporting tools. * Proven ability to analyze complex data, develop actionable insights, and communicate findings to diverse audiences. * Experience designing and automating reporting processes, workflows, and business solutions using tools such as Power Automate. * Practical experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar technologies in a business environment. * Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. **Why** **Brightisle****?**
