What You'll Do:
- Greet guests and manage walk-ins with professionalism and energy
- Handle the reservation system, waitlists, and table assignments
- Communicate guest preferences or special occasions to the floor team
- Guide guests to their tables and ensure smooth seating flow
- Track table status and pacing in coordination with captains
- Manage guest exits with warmth—thank them, ask for feedback, and offer a genuine goodbye
- Support floor reset and manage front-of-house hygiene/appearance
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Has 1–2 years of experience in a guest-facing hospitality role
- Speaks confidently and connects well with people
- Is organized, proactive, and calm under pressure
- Has a warm presence and attention to guest experience
- Is comfortable with reservation tools and basic front desk systems
