Job Summary
Brik Oven Private Limited is looking for a Store Associate to support inventory and material-handling activities at its Doddaballapura production facility. The role involves receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking raw materials and supplies required for daily production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and verify incoming raw materials and supplies against invoices and purchase documents.
- Arrange and store materials in designated locations.
- Issue raw materials to production teams as per authorized requirements.
- Maintain accurate stock records and assist with inventory updates.
- Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and batch details where applicable.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO practices to ensure proper stock rotation.
- Report stock discrepancies, damaged goods, and low-stock items.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the storage area.
Requirements
- Previous experience in stores, inventory, or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of stock handling and record keeping.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Excel are an advantage.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.
- Willingness to follow inventory, hygiene, and safety procedures.
