Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, utilizing ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as Taleo or Workday to streamline hiring workflows.
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering open communication channels through effective presentation and communication skills.
- Supervise HR team members and coordinate training programs to enhance their professional development and ensure consistent HR practices across departments.
- Maintain and optimize HRIS platforms like PeopleSoft or Workday for accurate data management, reporting, and compliance tracking.
- Conduct data analysis on workforce metrics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and improve HR processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies while managing documentation related to human resources activities.
Skills
- Proven management experience with the ability to supervise teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of human resources principles, employment law, and best practices in talent management.
- Extensive experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, or Taleo; familiarity with ATS platforms is essential.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging presentations, negotiations, and fostering positive employee relations.
- Data analysis skills to interpret workforce data and generate actionable insights for strategic planning.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
