Min. 4 years of experience as a Software Developer

Advanced proficiency in Java and Kotlin, alongside hands-on experience with the Spring and Micronaut frameworks

Degree in a technical field (STEM discipline preferred)

Deep understanding of JVM execution, memory management, and performance tuning

Proven experience with search technologies, specifically Apache Solr and Elasticsearch, preferably within the Adtech domain

Solid background in microservices architecture and working knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)

Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes, coupled with strong adherence to TDD, unit testing, and integration testing practices

Demonstrated experience in Agile/Scrum environments

English proficiency at a minimum B2 level

Willingness to occasionally visit the client's office in Warsaw, subject to prior arrangement
