GPEC Group is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across the Power, Oil \& Gas, Refining, Petrochemical, Waste\-to\-Energy, and Renewable sectors. The role focuses primarily with one of GPEC’s principal partners, IMI Process Automation, in developing end\-user relationships, managing outage and turnaround opportunities, and increasing revenue through the promotion of new business. You will also identify and pursue selected Greenfield and Brownfield projects, working closely with engineering contractors and major industrial customers.
Key Requirements:
* 10\+ years' experience selling engineered products and solutions into the Energy sector, specifically in Aftermarket / MRO business.
* Strong technical understanding of control valves, steam\-conditioning, flow control, process piping, or related equipment.
* Proven success in business development, account management, and complex project sales.
* Experience working with end users in Power, Oil \& Gas, Refining, Petrochemical, or Chemical Processing industries.
* Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in CRM systems (ideally Salesforce.com) and Microsoft 365\.
* Self\-motivated, commercially driven, and willing to travel extensively. What's on Offer
