Brown & Brown is seeking a Growth Enablement Specialist to join our growing teamin Florida! The Growth Enablement Specialist transforms growth strategies into actionable sales enablement resources by developing and scaling playbooks, messaging, outreach materials, guidance, and communications that help producers execute sales initiatives consistently and effectively. How You Will Contribute: Translate strategic growth initiatives, priorities, and sales plays into executive-facing summaries, GTM Program briefs, and field ready enablement materials. Support development of roadmaps for growth programs, campaigns, and initiatives Package and communicate campaign goals, ICP insights, producer guidance, and key messaging Build, maintain, and scale enablement playbooks, sales play & campaign summaries, and toolkits – including sales outreach templates (in both SF/Dynamics), call scripts, LinkedIn templates Internal enablement communications – including campaign summaries, meeting decks, producer communications Strategic partnership enablement materials for producers tied to associations, sponsorships, and growth initiatives Update enablement resources based on field feedback, adoption insights, and evolving GTM priorities Support broader marketing execution, enablement alignment, and field readiness Serve as a regional sales enablement/sales operations partner supporting local execution and adoption needs Develop and maintain workback schedules for growth programs, campaigns, and strategic partnership initiatives Track project status, dependencies, and key milestones & identify and escalate risks, roadblocks, and execution gaps Skills & Experience to be Successful: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, marketing, sales operations, business development, project management, or related function. Experience translating strategic initiatives into actionable sales enablement materials, playbooks, toolkits, communications, and field-facing resources. Demonstrated ability to develop executive-ready presentations, campaign summaries, messaging frameworks, and sales guidance documents. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders simultaneously. Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional efforts across sales, marketing, operations, and business leadership teams. Experience creating sales outreach content, including email templates, call scripts, LinkedIn messaging, and campaign communications. Experience within insurance, financial services, professional services, or other relationship-driven sales environments is preferred.
