**Site Leader \- Piedmont Manufacturing Operations**
Take ownership of a multi\-building, multi\-shift manufacturing operation and lead the teams that drive it. We're looking for a Site Leader who thrives on solving problems, developing people, and keeping complex operations running smoothly. You'll be the primary point of contact for production across our Piedmont facilities, working hands\-on with cutting\-edge automation technology and partnering directly with senior leadership to shape how the site runs.
This is a high\-visibility role for someone who wants real influence over operational outcomes, not just a seat at the table.
**What You'll Own**
* Lead daily production across multiple shifts, supervising production leads to hit efficiency, safety, and quality targets * Train and develop production leads and associates on SOPs, maintenance, quality procedures, and core systems * Build and maintain staffing schedules that keep every shift fully covered * Manage inventory and production orders through our ERP system * Oversee outbound shipping logistics, ensuring on\-time, accurate loading across shifts * Manage inbound receiving to confirm accuracy and compliance * Partner with upper management to surface issues and drive continuous improvement * Lead advanced troubleshooting and maintenance efforts, coordinating with HQ engineering on parts and support * Maintain accurate, real\-time visibility into raw and finished goods inventory * Always be ready to step in and support shift leads as needed
**What You Bring**
* Experience supervising or leading teams in a production environment * 5\+ years of experience working with automated equipment * Solid computer skills * Demonstrated ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and maintain machinery * Willingness to travel up to 10%
**Nice to Have**
* Associate’s or Bachelor's degree * Experience setting up and operating automated machinery * Familiarity with inventory tracking software * Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies * Forklift certification
**Physical Requirements**
* Able to lift up to 50 lbs * Able to stand for extended periods * Comfortable working in and around active machinery * Able to work in a non\-conditioned warehouse environment
Job Type: Full\-time
Pay: $30\.00 \- $37\.50 per hour
