Business Analyst – Full-Time (Melbourne, VIC)
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the continued growth and optimisation of our digital platform within the construction technology sector.
The successful candidate will play a key role in analysing business processes, user behaviour, and system performance to drive data-driven improvements and support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse platform user behaviour, subscription data, and engagement metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for technical development
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and developers to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
- Prepare structured reports and dashboards to support management decision-making
- Monitor and evaluate system performance and recommend optimisation strategies
- Assist in the implementation and refinement of workflows and operational processes
- Conduct market and competitor analysis within the construction technology industry
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
- Experience working with SaaS products, web applications, mobile applications or digital platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data analysis, reporting and business intelligence tools
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional requirements
- Familiarity with Agile or similar project methodologies is desirable
Pay: $83,000.00 – $88,000.00 per year
