Job Summary
ESA Impianti Engineering & Technical Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Building Services Manager to oversee mechanical, electrical, and technical building services across construction, refurbishment, and engineering projects.
The successful candidate will coordinate engineering teams, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure building services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required technical and quality standards.
What You'll Do
- Manage building services activities from design coordination through installation and handover
- Oversee mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and associated building systems
- Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams
- Review technical drawings, specifications, programmes, and project requirements
- Manage building services schedules, budgets, resources, and project priorities
- Coordinate M&E works with construction, architectural, and commercial teams
- Monitor installation quality and contractor performance
- Oversee testing, commissioning, inspections, and project handover
- Support health and safety, quality, and applicable compliance requirements
- Resolve technical issues and identify opportunities to improve project delivery
Requirements
- Experience in building services, M&E engineering, facilities engineering, construction, or a related field
- Experience coordinating mechanical and electrical contractors and technical teams
- Good understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building-services systems
- Strong project-management, organisation, and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience managing budgets, programmes, contractors, or technical resources
- Knowledge of UK building-services practices and health and safety requirements is advantageous
- Relevant engineering or building-services qualification is preferred

Pay: £65,000.00-£82,000.00 per year
