A. Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing the development, and positioning of the product. Delivering Product demonstrations and handholding enabling our customers to successfully install and use our products. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, audience preferences, and strategies to drive success. The Product Manager will collaborate with sales and training teams while maintaining high-quality standards.
B. Key Deliverables and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for delivering excellent online and F2F product demonstrations.
- Planning and conducting refresher product training for teachers.
- Fortnightly report on usage for the Product specialists & ensuring maximum usage basis the set benchmarks.
- Share the customer feedback with the editorial team for product improvement.
- Retention of the Existing Customers
- Ongoing client support and engagement
- To ensure all service Parameters are monitored and tracked and accurately delivered
- Responsible for service internal customers/ New updates on product and services.
- Identify new freelance trainers for the onboarding process.
- Collaborate with sales team on data-driven insights to maximize profitability and reach.
- Track and Increase product usage
