Responsibilities

- Utilize SQL, R, Python, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), and other programming languages to extract, transform, and analyze complex datasets.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights clearly and effectively.
- Manage project lifecycles by applying SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) principles from initiation through deployment.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvements or automation.
- Support the development of reports, documentation, and presentations that facilitate strategic decision-making across teams.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role with a strong focus on data analysis and business process improvement.
- Hands-on expertise with Tableau, Power BI, R, Python, SQL (including Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server), VBA, Bash (Unix shell), and Visio.
- Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies and project management practices to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Demonstrated ability in database design, data modeling, and analysis skills that translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with business analysis techniques such as requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder communication.
- Strong problem-solving skills combined with excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
