We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in the BFSI/Lending domain to bridge business requirements and technology solutions. The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of digital lending products, requirement analysis, workflow design, and product implementation while working closely with clients, product teams, and engineering teams.Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Configure customer onboarding journeys and lending workflows on the Loan Origination System (LOS).
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, business process mapping, value workshops, and product demonstrations.
- Design and document loan origination process flows and business workflows.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), Gap Analysis documents, and User Stories.
- Map business requirements to product capabilities and recommend optimal solutions.
- Identify business gaps and collaborate with product and development teams for product enhancements.
- Support product implementation, migration, and configuration activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies.
- Build strong client relationships and provide functional consultation throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional product capabilities based on customer requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the BFSI domain, preferably in Digital Lending.
- Strong understanding of lending products, including:
- Lead Management
- Loan Origination
- Application Processing
- Business Rules Engine (BRE)
- Loan Management Systems (LMS)
- Credit Bureau Integration
- Risk & Fraud Management
- MIS & Reporting
- Experience in product development, implementation, product migration, or portfolio conversion.
- Good understanding of workflow management and BPMN processes.
- Knowledge of data modelling concepts.
- Experience working with SaaS products, API-first architecture, and cloud-native platforms.
- Working knowledge of REST APIs and JSON.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Digital Lending Platforms or Loan Origination Systems (LOS).
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
- Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into functional solutions.
