All BA's onshore
all roles inside IR35
Must have 10yrs\+ of pure Asset or wealth management, they cant just dip in/out
Must be very articulate and customer facing
must be able to demonstrate the ability to work with demanding clients in a pressurised environment
Must have experience with systems such as Charles River, Aladdin
Types of companies they should have on their CV are, Royal London, Legal and General, Schroders, Baillie Gifford, M\&G investments, jupiter, fidelity
Rates are good, we should communicate rates around 700\-750pd
