Job Overview
As a Business Consultant, you’ll help clients solve complex business challenges and turn strategic priorities into practical results. You’ll assess operations, analyze data, and work across teams to shape and deliver improvements. This role brings together business consulting, management consulting, project management, and clear communication with client stakeholders.
We are currently hiring in these sectors; Hospitality (Hotels, restaurants, bars, and nightclubs) Construction, Financial, Influencer/Social Media.
Duties
- Assess business needs, conduct research, and use business analysis and data analysis skills to identify opportunities and inform recommendations.
- Develop strategic plans, map processes, and apply process improvement and Lean management approaches to strengthen operations.
- Lead project management activities, including technology project delivery and enterprise solutions implementation.
- Support change management and large-scale organizational change management, coordinating cross-functional collaboration and client communication.
- Your impact: By translating analysis into actionable improvements, you help client teams make informed decisions and work more effectively.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated business consulting, business analysis, project management, and analysis skills; experience in technology project management is valuable.
- Strong verbal communication with executives, client communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office for analysis, planning, and presentations.
- Experience with strategic planning, process mapping, process improvement, change management, enterprise solutions implementation, or Lean management is an asset.
- Team leadership, consulting firm experience, and business development experience are preferred.
Pay: $71,800.00 - $108,000.00 per year
