**Job Summary**
BCCMW Corporate Management Services Ltd is seeking an experienced and client\-focused **Business Consulting Manager** to lead consulting projects, support corporate clients, and deliver practical business solutions. This role is ideal for a strong consulting professional who can analyse business needs, manage client relationships, improve processes, and guide organisations toward better performance, growth, and operational efficiency.
**What You'll Do**
* Manage business consulting projects from planning through delivery and follow\-up. * Work with clients to understand business challenges, goals, processes, and improvement needs. * Lead research, analysis, reporting, and strategic recommendation development. * Support corporate management, operational improvement, business planning, and service delivery projects. * Coordinate consultants, analysts, project teams, and internal stakeholders. * Prepare client presentations, business reports, proposals, and project documentation. * Monitor project timelines, budgets, deliverables, risks, and client satisfaction. * Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and support business growth. * Build strong client relationships and support long\-term consulting partnerships.
**Requirements**
* Experience in business consulting, corporate management, business operations, management consulting, project management, business analysis, or a related field is preferred. * Previous management, team leadership, or client\-facing consulting experience is highly desirable. * Strong understanding of business strategy, process improvement, organisational development, and performance management. * Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects, client expectations, deadlines, and business priorities. * Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, project management tools, reporting platforms, and business analysis software. * Strong commercial awareness with a practical approach to delivering business solutions. * Applicants with consulting, corporate services, or management advisory experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay: £2,200\.00\-£4,200\.00 per month
